Working hours: Saturday and/or Sunday mornings  

 

Salary: Competitive hourly rate from £10-£15 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Description

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is expanding quickly in the Kent and Sussex area.

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, fun and reliable assistant coach to help assist deliver our multi-sports clubs to children aged between 2.5-5 years old. Classes must be delivered with high energy, excitement and structure to ensure that the atmosphere is engaging to both children and parents. Experience in teaching and/or coaching is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Lead Coach to ensure classes are engaging and fun

• Help with creating new games to ensure that classes are exciting

• Ensuring that the register has been completed

• Support with handing out stickers, medals and sticker charts

• Speaking with parents about any queries they have

• Recording any incidents or injuries which occur

 

 

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum Level 1 sporting qualification (or working towards)

• Interested in football and rugby

• Passion with working with young children

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Experience coaching a range of sports (desirable)

• First aid trained (desirable)

 

Additional details

• This is a zero hours contract

• Holiday pay is inclusive of hourly rate

• Bonus and incentives based on performance

• Uniform and equipment will be provided

• Applicant will be subject to an enhanced DBS check (paid by Jumping Juniors)
