Terms & Conditions

Bookings

By booking a place for your child/children on any class relating to Jumping Juniors, these terms and conditions apply. 

​

1.1 Jumping Juniors offers an online booking service through Class for Kids. Once the booking form has been completed, submitted and payment has been received in full you will be sent a confirmation of your booking via the e-mail address you have provided. Once you sign up for Class for Kids, you will need to agree to their terms and conditions which can be found here.

 

1.2 All bookings and payment protection are subject to the right to cancel by emailing us within 48 hours from the class taking place. This is pursuant to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

1.3 Outside of this 24 hour period, all bookings confirmed by us are final and non-refundable unless you have a written agreement by the company directors stating otherwise. 

​

1.4 Online payments which are made through our booking system (Class for Kids) are processed through Stripe, an online payment service. Full terms and conditions of Stripe can be found on their website. https://stripe.com/gb

Promotions

​

2.1 Jumping Juniors will issue promotions from time to time. Any promotional codes redeemed are used in accordance with both the terms and conditions of that promotion and these terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

​

3.1 Please refer to 1.2 and 1.3 for our refund information. 

​

3.2 The parents/guardians of children who consistently misbehave will be notified and asked to take action to prevent recurrences. If bad behavior continues, Jumping Juniors reserves the right to exclude badly behaved children from any activity or class without refund. 

​

3.3 Booking costs cannot be refunded or carried over for absences or holidays.

​

3.4 If any equipment is damaged on purpose, the parents/guardian will be liable for any costs. Point 3.2 will also apply in this case and children may be removed from the class immediately without warning, depending on the severity of the situation. This will be at the discretion of Senior Management.

Class Changes/Cancellation

​

4.1 In an event where Jumping Juniors needs to cancel a class, an e-mail (the one used when making the booking) will be sent out with this update. A credit note will be issued for the full value of the class. 

​

Parents Responsibilities

​

5.1 Parents ensure that the information completed in the sign-up form on Class for Kids is accurate and that they will inform us of any changes in the first instance. 

​

5.2 Parents ensure that when they attend Jumping Juniors that the child and/or parent/guardian is not suffering from a contagious illness, disease, injury or anything similar. 

​

5.3 Weekend Classes: The parent acknowledges that they must be present for the duration of the class and that their child is their responsibility unless they have agreed this in writing with Jumping Juniors. 

 

5.4 The parents will compensate Jumping Juniors against all loss (including loss of profit), liability, costs and expenses which Jumping Juniors incur directly or indirectly as a result of any action or inaction of the parent/guardian, pupil or carer. 

​

5.5 Attendees must behave in a respectful manor towards anyone in the class, this includes coaches, staff and other attendees. Jumping Juniors has the right to remove anyone whose behavior is deemed unacceptable from the premises or class. Re-attendance is down to the discretion of Jumping Juniors. 

​

5.6 The standard of behavior which is unacceptable will be determined by Jumping Juniors. 

​

5.7 For Health and Safety purposes, parents/guardians must supervise their child/children before the class starts. 

​

5.8 Please ensure buggies and other equipment not related to Jumping Juniors is kept as far back from the class at all times. 'Pitch Invaders' are not covered by our accident insurance. 

​

5.9 Parents/guardians should provide water to their child/children, however no food must be eaten whilst playing to avoid chocking. 

​

6.1 All parents/guardians must take all litter home with them after the class has finished. 

​

6.2 To comply with our Safeguarding Policy, we ask that parents/guardians DO NOT take photographs or videos of children within the venue. We cannot guarantee that we can enforce this rule due to the concentration it takes to run a class, however parent/guardian participation to this rule is compulsory. 

​

6.3 We cannot be responsible for any losses of personal items whilst you are attending Jumping Juniors. 

​

Child Protection 

​

7.1 All Jumping Juniors coaches hold current child protection and CRB/DBS certification. In the event that a child makes a disclosure to any member of staff at Jumping Juniors that we believe is suffering from abuse, we will act in accordance with our Safeguarding policy which is displayed on our website. 

​

Film/Photography

​

8.1 Jumping Juniors may take photographs and/or videos of any Jumping Juniors activity. This material is solely used for the purpose of promoting and publicising Jumping Juniors. These materials may be used on our website, social media pages, press releases and TV advertisements. When signing up to a Jumping Juniors class on Class for Kids you will be asked if you are comfortable with your child/children being in these photos/videos.

Medication and Illness

 

9.1 Whilst we recognise that some children require medication. It is our policy not to administer any form of medicine unless in emergency situations. 

​

9.2 Coronavirus precautions - If you, your child, or a family member you are sharing a social bubble with experiences any Coronavirus symptoms we kindly ask you to not attend Jumping Juniors. Please refer to the Government Guidelines regarding quarantine periods and return when safe to do so. 

​

Complaints

​

10.1 In an event where you are dissatisfied with the service you have been provided then please, in the first instance, raise it with Dan or Erin at the class or by writing to us by e-mail. If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, please let us know so we can investigate further. We take complaints very seriously and will endeavour to resolve these as quickly as possible.
