FAQS

What does my child need to wear?

All children should wear trainers and comfy clothing that they are able to run in.

Jumping Juniors t-shirts are now available to buy on our website.

What do I need to bring for my child's first class?

A filled-up water bottle, that's it!

Can any family member come and watch?

We ask that a maximum of two adults per child are able to attend the class. The adult must be listed as either the parent/guardian or emergency contact on the registration form when booking.

What if my child has low confidence?

At Jumping Juniors we want to make sure every child feels included. Dan has years of experience working with children of all backgrounds and abilities. We are happy to have a phone conversation prior to the first class if you wish to do so. Please email us for further information.

Can I leave my child in the hall?

We encourage parents to stay in the hall not only to watch their child/children have a great time but to also get involved if they wish to do so.

We ask that parents stay for the whole duration of the class for all sessions.

My child has a disability, can they take part?

At Jumping Juniors we are inclusive and want to offer all children the opportunity to take part. Please email or call us to discuss this further.

Where does Jumping Juniors take place?

Jumping Juniors currently operate at Tunbridge Wells Boys Grammar Sports Hall & Freedom Leisure Centre in Crowborough.

What if my class gets cancelled?

In an event where Jumping Juniors needs to cancel a class, an e-mail (the one used when making the booking) will be sent out with this update. An option of a refund or a credit note/discount code will be offered.

If you have a question which is not answered in our FAQ's or Terms and Conditions, please email us or call on 01892 240397 and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
