Marketing & Social Media Executive

Location: A mixture of remote working and attending our clubs and sessions at Crowborough Freedom Leisure Centre and our Stay and Play Studio.  

Working hours: 1-3 hours per week. Weekday and/or weekends. Our sports clubs mainly run on the weekend. 


Salary: Hourly rate dependant on experience.

Come and join the expanding Jumping Juniors team!


Jumping Juniors is growing within our local community and we are looking for a passionate, creative, Marketing and Social Media Executive to manage our social media platforms and content. 

The successful candidate will need an eye for detail, photography experience and knowledge about creative platforms such as Canva. You will be required to attend our Weekend Sports Clubs, Stay and Play sessions and Holiday Clubs to share our activity on Instagram and Facebook, whilst also taking photos for use on our website and other marketing platforms.


  • Effectively manage all social media platforms for Jumping Juniors. 

  • Take photos, videos and create reels of our clubs. 

  • Propose new marketing strategies and ideas with managers.

  • Create marketing materials via Canva or other creative platforms.

  • Manage performance of marketing. 

  • Working to raise brand awareness in other locations.

  • Is able to work effectively with our coaches and staff to co-ordinate content. 

Candidate Requirements


  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively

  • Social media experience is essential 

  • Confident with photography and videography

  • Full UK Driving Licence

  • Experience with working with young children (desirable)

  • DBS (desirable)

  • Marketing qualification (desirable) 


Additional details

  • This is a zero hours contract

  • Bonus and incentives based on performance

  • Holiday pay is inclusive of hourly rate

  • Uniform will be provided

  • Applicant will be subject to an enhanced DBS check

  • Prior or within the interview the candidate will need to provide examples of creative content which they have created.  

Successful candidate will be required to:

  • Provide two references 

  • Provide details for us to carry out an Enhanced DBS check if needed.
